I am currently an Associate lecturer in the Statistics Department
at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid
. Most of my research is in Bayesian
statistics . Although the department has been generous enough to
provide me with this page, I take all the blame for its contents.
When I'm not working, I
like to read the UK press play chess,
listen to music and take the dogs out
among other things.

Bo
and Pike
Bo (tri-colour) and Pike (orange roan) were our
first two cockers. Pike died very
unexpectedly just before his 11th birthday and Bo lived on to the
happy old age of 17. These photos are up as a tribute
to both dogs who have filled our lives with joy.
