- David Lane's Hyperstat Online is a very complete statistics course.
- SticiGui. A really excellent course. Highly recommended!
- Introductory Statistics I. Types of variables, histograms etc. A very nice, interactive page.
- Introductory Statistics II. Covers the usual statistics; mean, median etc. Also with some solved exercises.
- Summarizing.pdf is a nice introduction to statistics and graphical and numerical summaries of data.
- Very nice set of slides on histograms. (.pdf format)
- How to construct a stem and leaf plot.
- Some nice course slides on histograms and summary statistics (.pdf format).
- A nice page about the mean and median with an applet that shows you the difference between them.
- A histogram applet which shows the effects of varying bin width or increasing the number of bins on a histogram.
